Prompt Flow Design（以下、「運営者」といいます。）は、提供するサービス「Review Assist」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
本アプリは、Google APIを通じて以下の情報を取得・利用します。

なお、取得したクチコミデータを、本アプリの機能提供以外の目的で第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
本アプリは、返信文の生成および分析のために、Google Gemini API等のサードパーティAIサービスを利用しています。ユーザーが入力したテキストデータやクチコミデータは、APIを通じてAIプロバイダーに送信され処理されます。ただし、これらAIプロバイダーによる学習データとしての利用については、各プロバイダーの利用規約およびポリシーに準じます。
運営者は、お客さまの個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティシステムの維持・管理体制の整備等の必要な措置を講じ、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。
運営者は、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除きます。
本アプリの設定情報や分析履歴の一部は、利便性向上のためユーザーの端末内または安全なサーバー上に保存される場合があります。ユーザーが本アプリとのGoogle連携を解除した場合、またはアプリを削除した場合、これらのデータへのアクセス権は失われます。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

The App uses third-party AI services, such as the Google Gemini API, for generating reply text and analysis. Text data and review data entered by the user are sent to and processed by the AI provider through the API. However, the use of such data as training data by these AI providers is subject to the terms of use and policies of each provider.
The Operator will keep customers' personal information accurate and up-to-date and will take necessary measures such as maintaining security systems and developing management structures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, or leakage of personal information, implementing safety measures and strictly managing personal information.
The Operator will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the user's prior consent, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
Some of the App's settings and analysis history may be stored on the user's device or on a secure server to improve convenience. If the user disconnects the Google integration with the App or deletes the App, access rights to this data will be lost.
The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user, except for matters otherwise provided by law or this Policy. The changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this page.
